The first steps are to download a zipped file of sample Powerpoint templates. If all goes according to plan you should be able to click here on this link – https://vi714.com/linkto/vi714-sample-pack
That should automatically download a zipped file (about 2.9MB). Unzip it to see a sample of “.potx” files. Double clicking on one of those should open it in Powerpoint.
If this does not work you may need to fire-up Powerpoint and install it from within the programme itself.
Note : The colours of the template are not particularly attractive. They were chosen to highlight the various area – not a as ready made template.
